Ciputra International Inaugurates Propan Tower
Management of Ciputra International inaugurated the second tower, Propan Tower, on Thursday (1/9). Propan Tower which consists of 17 floors strengthens the existence of Ciputra International as a superblock project of Ciputra Group by defining a concept combines business, residential and hotel.
Senior Director Ciputra Group Artadinata Djangkar said, Covid-19’s momentum recovery that happened this time was an opportunity for Ciputra International. To take advantage of market momentum, Ciputra International inaugurated Propan Tower as the second office tower.
“The total area of Ciputra International project is 7.4 hectares, consists of 10 buildings, 6 offices, 3 apartments and 1 hotel. Propan Tower’s innauguration proves that the need for office areas is increasing and also indicates that office market has aready recovered. We are proud to have a partner like PT Propan Raya,” Artadinata Djangkar told reporters after “Soft Opening Ceremony of Propan Tower”, Ciputra International, in Jakarta, Thursday, September 1st, 2022.
Director of PT Propan Raya Industrial Coating Chemicals Hendra Adidarma expressed his satisfaction to hold cooperation with Ciputra Group. From the beginning, he strongly believed with business track record of Ciputra Group.
“This is Propan’s first collaboration with Ciputra. To finish Propan Tower, we used a lot of products. This also becomes a show case for our company and we will invite guests to see the result,” said Hendra Adidarma.
Hendra Adidarma also emphasized that this collaboration is held to bring their business closer to Jakarta business market. Last but not least, they will explore further cooperation with Ciputra Group.
