Ciputra Group held “Topping Off Celebration Tower The Newton 2” on Wednesday, 12th July 2023, at the tower roof top. This event was attended by Management of Ciputra Group, Toda Corporation, and Tata Group. Ciputra Group management included Mr. Candra Ciputra (CEO of Ciputra Group & President Director PT Ciputra Development Tbk), Mr. Artadinata Djangkar (Senior Director), Mr. Sugwantono Tanto (Director), Mr. Andreas Raditya (General Manager), Mr. William Hendharto Ciputra (Manager). Management of Toda Corporation represented by Ms. Linawati Salim (Director of Toda Group Indonesia) and Mr. Ryu Kuge (Toda Investment Corporation Japan). Meanwhile, the management of Tata Group were Mr. Iwan Adi Susanto (President Director of PT Tatamulia Nusantara), and also attended by suppliers, vendors, banking partners, and property agents.
In his remarks, Mr. Candra Ciputra said despite facing challenges during pandemic, Ciputra Group has proved its commitment to completing the construction of The Newton 2 tower, so he hoped the market will remain confident to invest in The Newton 2 project.
“Buyers are increasingly optimistic when entering year of 2023, where the government predict economic growth will be around 5.3% (yoy). At the beginning of 2023, purchases of TOD apartments also rose 10.3%. Under these conditions, The Newton 2 apartment will emerge as one of the best choices for urban housing in Jakarta,” said Mr. Chandra Ciputra.
