“The Golden Property Awards 2023” event which took place at Raffles Hotel Jakarta, Tuesday (15/8), delivered awards to The Managements and several projects of Ciputra Group, including:
– Outstanding Indonesian Property Figure in International Property Industry, awarded to Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata – FIABCI World President 2023-2024 and Managing Director of Ciputra Group
– Property Brand of the Year, awarded to Ciputra Group and received by Mr. Chandra Ciputra – CEO of Ciputra Group
– Most Influential Property Figure in Marketing, awarded to Mr. Yance Onggo – Marketing Director at PT Ciputra Residence
– Best Compact Scale Development, awarded to CitraGarden BMW and CitraLand Megah Batam
– Best Regional Scale Development, awarded to CitraLand BSB City
– Best City Scale Development, awarded to CitraRaya Tangerang and CitraLand Surabaya
– Best Millennial Residential, awarded to Chloe@CitraGarden Serpong, and Athena@CitraLand Surabaya
– Best Premium Residential, awarded to Adelaide@CitraLand BSB City and Bruce@CitraLand Driyorejo CBD
– Best Prestigious Residential, awarded to CitraLake Villa@CitraGarden City
– Best Digital Marketing Assets, awarded to CitraRaya Tangerang
– Project of the Year, awarded to CitraGarden Serpong
At the event, which is initiated by Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) and 99 Group Indonesia, 84 winners were announced in 19 award categories including individual figures, projects, products, companies, banking, and special categories.
Meanwhile, theme “Mission: Possible” was chosen because it reflects the condition of property market which was affected by pandemic but continues to grow remarkably. The global recession situation has also made the property market face even greater challenges. However, all of these challenges will make property players stronger and more resilient.
