Ciputra Group Will Also Build Housing Project for ASN at IKN
PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) also plans to build housing for government employee (ASN) in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Managing Director Ciputra Group Harun Hajadi said that building housing for ASN is one of company’s plans at IKN. Currently, Ciputra has already submitted proposal to the government authority with a government – private sector business cooperation scheme.
“We have submitted a busines proposal for IKN Authority and still waiting for feasibility study because we have already received a letter to proceed ,” he said, Monday (2/10/2023).
Previously, Ciputra plans to build an integrated area in IKN Nusantara. The development process will be carried out in stages over the next 3 years. Managing Director Ciputra Group Budiarsa Sastrawinata said the initial project at IKN started on 300 hectare. However for the first stage, CTRA will focus on developing 150 hectares. “Our development will be gradual, we started with 150 hectares first,” he said at last July.
CTRA will develop an integrated area including MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and botanical gardens. There are also sports and residential facilities that focus on landed houses. Budiarsa also confirmed that Ciputra currently is determining the development location in Central Government Core Area (KIPP) Zone 1B.
Ciputra plans that the initial development of the integrated area will start with basic infrastructure within a development time of 1-2 years. Meanwhile, construction of new buildings will begin after the basic infrastructure is completed. The construction of hotels, residences and other facilities is expected to be completed within three years after the infrastructure is complete.
