Ciputra Group celebrated Founders’ Day Celebration 42nd Years, on 29th November – 1st December 2023, in Jakarta. The Founders’ Day Celebration series starts from Wednesday, 29th November 2023 with pilgrimage at the graves of Ciputra Group’s founding father (the late Mr. Ciputra and the late Mrs. Dian Sumeler), at Jonggol Memorial Park.

The highlight of Founders’ Day celebration took place on Thursday, 30 November 2023, at Ciputra Artpreneur and Raffles Hotel Jakarta, starting with a series of devotional events, Founders’ Speech by Mr. Candra Ciputra (CEO of Ciputra Group), Awarding Ceremony (17 categories), Discussion Forum, Leader’s Night, Dance Group Competition, and logo competition winner announcement.

The theme for Ciputra Group Founders’ Day Celebration 42nd Years is “Collaborate, Innovate, Accelerate” which means that through increasingly solid collaboration, Ciputra Group remains consistent in creating new innovations, thus having an impact on accelerating business growth and development. Collaboration can also be interpreted as good cooperation that has been built so far across sub-holdings, across business units, between employees and between work units, to always be maintained and improved.

This celebration was attended by all top management of Ciputra Group and more than 1,000 Ciputra Group employees from various projects in Indonesia. On December 1 2023, which is the last day of the Ciputra Group Founders’ Day 42nd Celebration series, visits took place to a number of Ciputra Group projects in the Jabodetabek area.
