CitraGarden Bintaro Launched Claster Calamus
CitraGarden Bintaro project launched its newest cluster, Calamus in the early 2025. Calamus cluster offers a new Breynia type house measuring 5×12 two floors with prices starting at IDR1 billion. Calamus cluster is also designed to answer the needs of millennial consumers for modern housing that emphasizes modern tropical concept, prioritizing comfort and the beauty of tropical nature.
The launch of Calamus cluster was conveyed through “Product Knowledge” held on Friday (17/1/2025), and was attended by hundreds of property agents and potential consumers. This activity was also sponsored by a number of banks including BNI, BSI, BTN, CIMB Niaga and Mandiri.
“This cluster becomes our response to trend and interest of consumers who prioritize comfort, green environments and large open spaces in choosing a place to live,” said Dicky Rampengan, as General Manager of the CitraGarden Bintaro Project.
