CitraGrand Cibubur CBD Reach Rp 382 Billion of Sales
Until December 2017, CitraGrand Cibubur CBD already sold 254 units of residential with sales value of Rp 382 billion. By the end of this year, CitraGrand Cibubur CBD management will target sales achievement untill Rp 400 billion.
Currently, there are two clusters and 1 shop complex that has been marketed in CitraGrand Cibubur CBD Fraser Park cluster, cluster The Lagoon Residence, and shop Marquette. Fraser Park and The Lagoon Residence are two modern clusters located at the forefront with direct access to the main road, while Marquette’s shop is strategically located, at the CitraGrand Cibubur CBD boulevard overlooking the main street.
* Cluster Fraser Park
Cluster Fraser Park has an area of 5 hectares with a total occupancy of about 285 units. In addition to access to Boulevard Cibubur CBD main road, Fraser Park Cluster location is also very close to various facilities such as Ciputra University, commercial area, fitness and health center, culinary area, and lifestyle center.
* The Lagoon Residence Cluster
Is a cluster on the front with an area of 4.5 hectares, consisting of 95 housing units. This cluster is also very exclusive because it has a lake with a green and beautiful environment.
* Marquette Shop
There are 32 units of shophouses in the commercial area of Marquette with a building area of 131 square meters and 197 square meters. With a spacious building area, you can start various types of businesses ranging from restaurants, cafes, banks, boutiques, offices, minimarkets, and more.
Gowes Bareng
CitraGrand Cibubur CBD in collaboration with Gowes Cileungsi Association and Metland Bike Club (MBC) Association, both of them are intercultural gatherings, held “Gowes Bareng” or GOBAR event in CitraGrand Cibubur CBD area, on Sunday (10/12) . This activity was attended by more than 500 cyclists from dozens of community around Bekasi, Cibubur, Mekarsari, Cileungsi, and surrounding areas.
According to CitraGrand General Manager Cibubur CBD Lily Juliati, this gowes activity aims to preserve the bike as an environmentally friendly means of transportation as well as intensify cycling campaigns widely in the community. Thus, it is aligned with the ultimate goal of activities where the level of public health is expected to increase as well.
“On the other hand, we also want to introduce to the public about CitraGrand Cibubur CBD area itself. The public needs to know that CitraGrand Cibubur CBD will not only become an advanced independent city, but also designed as an independent city that is friendly to cyclists and pedestrians, “said Lily Juliati.
With the number of participants reaching more than 500 participants, Lily added that the security element of this gowes event is very secure because the committee is fully supported by police officers from Jatisampurna Police. The tracks traveled by the cyclists are about 15 kilometers, starting from CitraGrand Cibubur CBD – Ciangsana – Jatisampurna – and ending CitraGrand Cibubur CBD. In addition to gowes together, activities are enlivened by Zumba together, bazaars and musical entertainment.
CitraGrand Cibubur CBD is the latest project from Ciputra Group which was officially launched in October 2017 yesterday. The project has an area of up to 100 hectares, with guaranteed accessibility as it is only 10 minutes from the Cibubur toll exit, 10 minutes from Cibubur LRT station (operating 2018), and 3 minutes from Cimanggis-Cibitung new toll road (operating 2019).
