CTRA Increases 2023 Marketing Sales Target to IDR 9.8 Trillion
PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) increased its 2023 marketing sales target from IDR8.9 trillion to IDR9.8 trillion. This target increase 19% from previous year’s marketing sales achievement.
According to CTRA Head of Investor Relations Mr. Aditya Ciputra Sastrawinata, The Company optimistic to achieve its marketing sales target this year in line with CTRA’s expansion to various regions in Indonesia. Expansion was mainly carried out in the development and sales of township scale residential projects. “We want to maintain this increasing marketing momentum since the start of pandemic. “One of Ciputra’s competitive advantages is diversification and broad project segmentation, which gives us flexibility to adjust to market demand in each project area,” said Aditya Ciputra Sastrawinata.
He added, CTRA expects business growth from all main project locations, including Medan and Makassar, and also hopes for greater sales growth from metropolitan cities such as Jabodetabek and Surabaya. CTRA also has several new projects whose launch is highly anticipated, including Citra City Sentul, CitraGarden Bintaro and CitraLand Sampali, Deli Megapolitan City. Apart from that, CTRA also launched new clusters in ongoing projects, including CitraLand Gama City Medan and CitraLand Tanjung Morawa, Deli Megapolitan City.
