CTRA Prepares Two Latest Projects
Entering 2018, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) is planning a number of new projects. The two new projects are CitraLand Jayapura and CitraLand City Jakarta. Currently, the licensing process for the two new CTRA projects is being drafted in order to run on target.
According to Managing Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk Harun Hajadi, during the year 2018 CTRA is not grandiose to set pre-sales targets or marketing sales. Although not yet officially set, this year’s target of marketing sales is estimated to be still equal to the year 2017, which amounted to Rp 8.4 trillion.
Further explained, currently the company plans to build residential property area along with facilities on a land area of 45 hectares (ha) in Jayapura City, Papua Province. If the licensing process runs smoothly, then in the first phase it will build 500 units of houses with an investment of around Rp 500 billion.
“For the selling price is in the range of Rp 800 million – 1.5 billion. We are quite optimistic that the project can start soon. Later, CitraLand Jayapura will become a new city area in Jayapura. The matter of licensing has been processed for and hope can be completed in the year 2018, for the next can be launched, “said Aaron.
In addition to Papua, PT Ciputra Development Tbk also plans to work on projects in the eastern Jakarta region, Citraland City Jakarta. Within the 13.5-hectare land project, the company will build 15 towers. Its total occupancy reaches 12,000 units of apartments devoted to the middle-class market segment.
Related licensing, Harun Hajadi explained that this time his side has been taking care of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. One of the items being handled is about the provision of public facilities and social facilities in the residential area.
