CTRA Successfully Held “Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose”
PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) successfully held “Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose” which held Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta. This event was attended by Board of Commissioners, Directors and shareholders. One of AGMS’ results is to approve the distribution of dividend to shareholders worth IDR389 billion, or IDR21 per share. This dividend value is 21% of net profit in 2023. Meanwhile, in Public Expose activity, President Director CTRA Mr. Candra Ciputra said that during 2023 CTRA succeeded in achieving the highest marketing sales in the company’s history IDR10.2 trillion, while income IDR 9.3 trillion and net profit IDR1.8 trillion. This was achieved due to the commitment of all Ciputra Group management and employees in improving work performance amidst economic challenges.
