Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata : Property Sector is The Locomotive of Indonesian Economy
Managing Director Ciputra Group Mr. Budiarsa Satrawinata who also serves as Head of Integrated Property Area Development (BPKPT) of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) delivered speech at seminar “Study of Property Industry Contribution to Indonesian Economy” organized by Kadin, Institute for Economic and Community Research, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia and Kontan, Monday (10/4) in Jakarta. Also attending the event, The Coordinating Minister for Economy of Indonesia Mr. Airlangga Hartanto, The Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mr. Mahfud MD, and leaders of national property companies. The seminar discussed the role of property industry as locomotive for national economy. The property industry has also proven to be resilient in facing the economic crisis during Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, there needs to be continuous support from government and other stakeholders for this industry, so that it can bring positive impacts and drive the other property-related industries.
