PT Ciputra Development Tbk together with 9 other property developers won the BCI Asia’s Top Ten Awards which held on Thursday, 27^th May 2021, at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta. This award was received by Mr. Fadjar Halim, Associate Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk. Apart from the developer category, BCI Asia also delivered awards to 10 architectural firms in Indonesia.

BCI Asia stated that the portfolio of top 10 developers is worth USD 1.06 billion (IDR 15, 2 trillion) and architecture firm’s projects for 2021 consist of USD 2.02 billion (IDR 29 trillion) worth of properties slated to start construction in Indonesia this year.

BCIA Asia also mentioned the winners selection were based on the largest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last calendar year, which were taken into account and weighted by the extent of sustainability efforts on their projects. For architectural firms, pre-tender projects are included in the appraisal to see green design efforts implemented from the start.
