Soft Launching of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang
The facilities at CitraRaya Tangerang project are now more complete with the presence of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang which covering an area of 4.5 hectares with investment value around IDR.1 trillion. The mall management had also conducted a soft launching on Friday (17/7). This event was attended by Director of PT Ciputra Residence Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Regent of Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, and managerial level of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang.
In his speech, Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata said Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang is one of innovative projects developed by Ciputra Group, located in the center of CitraRaya Tangerang area. According to him, it is time for CitraRaya Tangerang residences to have its own shopping center because nowadays this project has 68 thousands residents spread at 50 clusters.
“This mall will make all things easier for the residents because they dont need to go outside the residential area. This mall is now ready to welcome visitors with the implementation of health protocols during the PSBB period, “said Mr. Budiarsa.
The Regent of Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar conveyed his congratulation for the operation of Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang. He hoped the existence of this mall can contribute to the economic growth of Tangerang Regency. He also advised the mall management to pay attention for small and medium enterprises (UKM) so they can participate in becoming one of the mall tenants.
“Last but not least, I advised that eventhough Tangerang Regency is now a green zone, we must remain vigilant. The President instruction that mall visitors should be limited to a maximum of only 50 percent of capacity, needs to be obeyed for the sake of safety and public health, “said Ahmed Zaki Iskandar.
Based on the data, Ciputra Mall CitraRaya Tangerang is one of the largest shopping centers in Tangerang Regency with the first phase Gross Floor Area (GFA) covering 54,400 m2 and 26,000 m2 leasable commercial area. This mall has a total GFA plan of up to 100,000 m2.
