INTRODUCING “WALK TO WORK” CONCEPT THROUGH CIPUTRA WORLD 2
PT Ciputra Property Tbk held a media gathering to introduce its latest project, Ciputra World 2, following the successful construction and marketing progress of Ciputra World Jakarta.
Located in the heart of Jakarta’s CBD, this property, consisting of 5 apartment towers on 3.1 Ha land, is anticipated to introduce “Walk to Work” concept to residents of Jakarta.
Chosen to design the property is an award winning Singaporean architectural Firm, SCDA. This firm employs a team of multidiscipline architects experienced in designing private residences, resort hotels, apartment and commercial buildings in Singapore and overseas.
The apartment towers are designed with lush gardens at its corridors to give a sense of openness as well as to offer a refreshing transitional environment for those who live and work in air conditioned environments.
All apartment towers are also equipped with premium facilities such as a sky garden, swimming pool, spa, gym, multifunction room and barbeque area. These facilities are anticipated to provide residents with venues to exercise, relax and enjoy a panoramic view of Jakarta.
In the first phase of construction starting at the beginning of 2012, two 40 storey towers with building area of 80,000 – 90,000 m2 consisting of about 700 apartment units, The Cedar strata title condominiums and service apartments managed by Fraser Suite, will be built. Pricing of units at The Cedar are expected to be around Rp 20 million per square meter.
