Ciputra World Jakarta 1

Ciputra World Jakarta is an integrated super-block project located on 12-hectare land. The project is strategically situated at Jalan Prof.Dr. Satrio, which is in the center of CBD Jakarta. This super-block construction consists of five lots: 1, 3-5, 6 and 11, which are integrated to each other. The Somerset Grand Citra Serviced Apartment has been established on lot 1.

In addition, a new mixed-use complex would be constructed on lot 3-5, located right next to the Somerset. This 300,000 per square meter-complex would include a high-end shopping mall (140,000 sqm); an apartment (40,000 sqm); an office building (50,000 sqm); and a five-star Hotel & Premium Residence (200 rooms and 80 units of luxurious residences). This project is designed by RTKL – an American architecture company widely known for its mixed-use projects worldwide.

The extended development of lot 6 and 11 would be soon established in the next stage. The Ciputra World Jakarta project is scheduled to begin in the middle of 2009. Its modern and first-class design would surely make the Ciputra World Jakarta become one of Jakarta’s new icons and landmarks.
